Whose research influences you?

My overall approach to both teaching and research have been shaped by those contributing to mad studies, critical psychiatry and lived experience views and research. I also have a keen interest in human rights and how this intersects with mental health legislation – Bernadette McSherry’s work resonates with many of the lived experience narratives that I have encountered.

Are you a lived-experience researcher?

I do not identify as a lived-experience researcher.
